• 代金券有效期自发放之日起6个月(或下一自然学期/营期结束日,以较早者为准),逾期作废;

3.1 Fee Calculation
• Fees are calculated based on remaining lessons.
• Formula: Mid-term fee = Full course fee × (Remaining lessons ÷ Total lessons).
• Remaining lessons are determined on the student’s official mid-term start date and confirmed in writing by LOZO.
3.2 Refunds for Mid-term Enrollees
• The ‘start date’ baseline is replaced with the mid-term effective date.
• Same refund rules as Clause 1, using the effective date as the baseline.
Refund before 15 calendar days prior to effective date (excluding that day): 100% refund of paid mid-term fees.
Refund within 14 calendar days prior to effective date (including that day): 80% refund of paid mid-term fees.
Refund within 10 calendar days after effective date (including day 10): 50% refund of paid mid-term fees.
Refund requested more than 10 days after effective date: unused lessons converted into vouchers or otherwise handled by written agreement.
