赛制专题工作坊是两节课、共计 5 小时的强化训练，专为中级选手打造，帮助他们熟悉不同的竞技演讲与辩论赛制。学生可以选择以下赛制进行深入学习：公共论坛辩论、议会制辩论（世界学校 & 英国议会制）、原创演讲、即兴演讲。完成课程后，学生将深入理解各类竞技赛制的独特特点与技巧，为即将到来的比赛做好充分准备！

2. 竞赛专项训练

在“竞赛专项训练”课程中，导师将根据学生的水平与目标，挑选适合的赛事进行专项备赛训练。学生将在课程期间至少参加一场正式竞赛，并掌握如何高效备赛、模拟演练以及在正式赛场上精准发挥。这不仅是提升竞技水平的绝佳机会，更是走向胜利的重要一步！

3. 主题分析与内容训练营
