此外，里斯在国际学校积累了丰富的工作经验，与孩子们建立了深厚的联系，并打造了一个充满吸引力的学习环境。在销售与市场营销领域工作一段时间后，他发现了自己对教育的热爱，毅然决定重返教学岗位。在此之前，他于2013年至2016年间在一家数字营销公司任职，随后参与了加纳一家中小企业的项目。之后，他还曾担任学习障碍成年人的支持工作者，为他们的生活带来鼓励与赋能。他多样化的职业经历与对教育的热忱相融合，使他成为课堂上极具影响力和启发性的存在。

“Hans von Meister ‘s childhood took him to study in many countries, including China, Singapore, the United States, and Austria. Hans’s international education background, fluent Mandarin skills, and decade of experience in education in Shanghai enable Hans to work with students of all backgrounds and linguistic abilities. He has been invited to judge at the World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships (WIDPSC), Shanghai International Debate Open (SIDO), Canton Invitational (Canton IV), Asia Debate Open (ADO), and many others.
Coach Hans is the founder of LOZO. Students Coach Hans has worked with have had success in numerous domestic events, including the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA), the World School’s Debating Championship (WSDC), the Global Debating Championships at World Scholar’s Cup Global Round, English Speech and Debate Pentathlon (ESDP), and the NSDA Junior Public Speaking Championships.
Prior to starting LearningLeaders in 2014 and LOZO in 2020, Hans served as an Operations Manager at the USA National Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
