“Eze Nwakuba is an African authority in debating with a record of stellar leadership, working on tournaments in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, Uganda, South Africa, Liberia, Tanzania, The Gambia, and more. Currently the only individual to have been voted Council Chairperson of the Pan African Universities Debating Championship (PAUDC) for 3 years consecutively, the testament of his organizational excellence lurks in the African Debate Hallway.

Eze won The Nigerian Debate Championship in 2017 and 2018, as well as several highly competitive tournaments across Africa, consistently ranking in the Top 10 Speaker lists at over 50 tournaments. He is also an experienced adjudicator in various formats like WSDC, Public Forum, Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, Asian Parliamentary, Canadian Parliamentary, British Parliamentary, Australs, etc. He was ranked as the best adjudicator in Nigeria (ANUDC 2018) and 3rd best in Africa (PAUDC 2021). Additionally, he served as a breaking judge at the World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC) twice. In 2022, Eze was appointed Chief Adjudicator for Public Speaking at the World Universities Debating Championship. He has been selected as the Chief Adjudicator for the upcoming Pan African Universities Debating Championship in Togo (December 2023).

Currently, he coaches international schools, mentoring students in China, the Australasian region, USA, etc. Before joining LOZO, Eze founded Royal Rhetorics, an organization aiming to innovate access to debates and public speaking for thousands of young people in Nigeria and beyond. He firmly believes that the biggest trophy in debating is a transformed mind, thus, constantly pouring himself into the achievement of that goal is one of his life’s greatest missions. “
