Miguel Marco

Coach Miguel, from Spain, possesses extraordinary language skills and is fluent in 4 languages. With 9 years of debate experience, he has won the International Debate Championship twice and the National Debate Championship three times.

Before joining LOZO, Coach Miguel worked at the Spanish Debate League and Championships, where his 8 years of teaching and professional experience allowed him to build strong relationships with students and create an open yet competitive debate environment. Under his guidance, his students have achieved outstanding results.

When Coach Miguel teaches, the students are always at the center. He tries to understand what each group needs, what motivates them, and how to keep them involved from the first minute. Which means to choosing the right tools to keep them learning and enjoying the process.

His debate classes combine traditional elements like structured argumentation and speaking drills, with more creative approaches. He uses theatre, role-playing, and games to work on spontaneity, empathy, and confidence in speaking. It’s a balance that keeps students active and makes every session different.

Some sessions are focused and analytical; others are more dynamic and playful, but all are carefully designed to keep students active, involved, and progressing. I aim to create a space where learning is both serious and enjoyable, where making mistakes is part of the process, and where each student feels challenged and supported in equal measure.
